Sean Beaty’s new show “Hotels, Hangouts and Hideways” is featuring “Skool” restaurant in San Francisco, California

In this episode of Hotels, Hangouts & Hideways host Sean Beaty features “Skool” in San Francisco. Not only is San Francisco’s design district the place for businesses to find their custom interior designs but there’s a happy hour that hits the mark on a customized menu of beverages and cuisine.  Sit back and relax with your best friend and dog on their patio. Skool’s mascot dog Guapo is inviting you to come dine on Skool’s patio for Yappy days with your pups nightly from 5 to close. Skool and Guapo are featuring a special menu for you and your pups.

Get your paws on the K-9 Special, chef Hiroko’s Dog Biscuit Plates that are made from Gluten Free Rice Flour Peanut Butter & Applewood Smoked Bacon & Gluten Free Rice Flour Carob, Flax, Peanut Butter and Honey for only $3.  $5 wines, sake and house made Sangria grace the patio during this yappy hour, so raise the woof and enjoy their patio. All this and that’s before you even enter the doors to this establishments beautiful, wood laden decor. Custom tables made of portioned out wood grace this restaurant creating a very alluring ambiance great for the happy hour that starts in the bar area from 5-7 everyday. If you’ve got the time and five bucks you can absolutely enjoy what this happy hour has to offer. Check this out for starters, $5 well cocktails and wine by the glass, $3, $4 draft beers.

That’s what Skool has to offer to wet your palette. The husband and wife combination of Chef Moto and Chef Hiroko create a fusion of amazing dishes for this special time of migrating happy hour patrons.  On the happy hour menu for cuisine, get your fingers dirty on some Eryngii mushroom fries made with cornmeal and their very own Skool Miso Aoili.  Maybe you’re willing to be a little more daring and try their bowl of fresh Shishito Peppers with Black Sesame and Moshio Kelp salt with dried Bonita Flakes. One out of ten Shishito peppers while in season are considered to be daringly spicy while off season one in fifty will do the trick, take a chance and try the Shishito Roulette.  With the low dimmed lights, the high block wood tables that are floating with happy hour beverages and food you absolutely know that the A, B, C’s are rockin out of this place.  Don’t be a fool, get down to Skool and swim with their happy hour!
